Stockholm Pride 2018 is happening from 27th July to 5th Aug in Stockholm as part of EuroPride 2018.
We have loved the tag line of this year pride : "Two Cities , One Country - For A United Europe, Open to the World ". The purpose of event is to campaign regarding providing equal rights to all sections of society.
4th Aug 2018 was a parade day and we have participated on behalf of Nordea family.
There was a big crowd or rather huge crowd with thousands of people across the roads.
Event was organized in very well manner, people (or employees with their friends/family) participated in it with lot of enthusiasm.
Day started with heavy rain, we thought it would be difficult to participate, later we decided to participate anyways. We carried umbrellas, rain jackets, water bottles and some snacks to the event venue. However, our company already arranged T-shirts, caps, water bottles, rain jackets and sun glasses for all the participants.
Hats off to the people of Stockholm, Sweden and also Europe for the great event and the discipline that was shown during the events. A big thanks to the organizers and government for working hard to organize event in a successful manner.
